01 / The Grind Factory Code

Find your people.
Build something different.

How we prepare. How we compete. How we treat people. Our identity starts with the daily choices that make a team worth being part of.

01 — PUT IN THE WORK

Embrace the grind.

Bring effort, discipline, and a willingness to be coached. Build good habits when nobody is watching, then carry them into the game.

02 — OWN YOUR ROLE

Team over individual.

Be prepared. Stay accountable. Celebrate the teammate next to you. Every role matters when everyone is pulling in the same direction.

03 — RESPOND WITH PURPOSE

Stay mentally tough.

Baseball will test you. Meet the next pitch with focus, compete through adversity, and treat the game and the people in it with respect.

“Iron sharpens iron.”ONE TEAM. BUILT TOGETHER.
